Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct that is not permitted on the AdminMail Server network. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and applies to every client and every user of our services.

1. Prohibited content & activity

You may not use our services to transmit, distribute, host or facilitate:

• Unsolicited bulk email ("spam") — including but not limited to any activity that would violate the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL or applicable local anti-spam law.
• Phishing, credential harvesting, business-email-compromise attempts or other fraud.
• Malware, ransomware, spyware, botnet command-and-control or exploit code.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade-secret or other intellectual-property rights.
• Sexually explicit material involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that promotes real-world violence against people or groups.
• Any content or conduct that violates US federal law, Virginia state law, or the law of a jurisdiction to which you are subject.

2. Sending practices

All senders must:

• Send only to recipients who have provided verifiable, opt-in consent.
• Honour unsubscribe requests within ten (10) business days.
• Include a valid, monitored reply-to address and physical mailing address.
• Maintain bounce and complaint rates below industry norms (2% and 0.1% respectively).

3. Security & abuse

You may not attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any AdminMail system or breach our security or authentication measures without our prior written authorisation, nor use our services to launch attacks against third parties.

4. Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this AUP originating from an AdminMail-hosted domain, email admin@adminmailserver.com with full headers and a description of the issue. We respond to all abuse reports within one business day.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination of service with no refund, and — where warranted — referral to law-enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to remove offending content and to preserve evidence in response to a lawful request.
